Thursday was a rough/long day at work so I ended up ditching my masters swim. :(

Friday was going to be my long run (2h30m) - I did 1h15m at work on the treadmill and was planning on another 1h15 when I got home. I ended up opting for dinner and some rum and coke with my wife!

I am planning to do a bit of a swim on Saturday and maybe a little run. Sunday will be a long bike (on the trainer) with a couple short runs to break it up.
