Swim: 10x150 tech drills
Run: 1 mile, 10 x 1min hill sprints, 1 mile

Bike: 20 miles (10 to pool and back)
Swim: 300m warmup (breaststroke), 10x100m crawl, 300m cool down, b/stroke (1 mile total).
