In the spirit of full disclosure, I totally blew off the brick workout I had planned yesterday. On Ram's wise advice I had a cookie instead. I feel much better now.

No such luck! I'm sure he's waiting for us to be completely snowed in. My 90 min ride turned into 2 hours, and towards the end I thought, "Go on, do a quick brick, Jen's doing one. You know it's a good idea, the Brooklyn duathlon is next month, you need to get some in.."

So I did a mile in 10:40 on leaden legs. And you didn't. Shame... :)
