Swim: 2x200 warm up, 10x25/20 sec, 2x200 cool down
Bike: hill sprints - 5 mile warm up, 10x30 sec climbs, 5 mile cool down

just finished a 3h10m bike ride... on the trainer :(
I was going to break it up into a brick of 65 min bike / 20 min run / 65 min bike / 20 min run / 60min bike but by the time I got to start my workout I would have been going till after 10pm, so I opted to suffer through it all at once!

track workout tonight- conditioning and technoque, basically a 2 hour KMA session

Hilly 9.9 mile route, concentrating on low cadence seated climbs. Little breezy up by me today, had to pedal downhill rather than coast on occasion.

You guys rock. #plus hours on a trainer!!!! I would gouge out my eyes! I spun through a strength dvd with Coach Troy.....again. My partner said that it sounded like i was having sex with my bike! That was funny!

Ooops... I guess the bike workoput was for yesterday. today was a 60min swim - 5 x 500m.

How do you like the coach Troy DVDs?

The Spinervals DVD are actually pretty good. Nice hard workout and something to distract my mind. I got the lake placid DVD for christmas and I like it a lot.
