Bike: 90 min ride, keeping to 5 mile loop around the house. Supposed to get a lot of snow tomorrow!

4hr brick - 80min bike / 20min run / 80min bike / 20min run / 40min bike.
Bike was on the trainer; Run was outside (-20c)!
Took the day off to get in one big workout to feel better about all of the adult recovery beverages scheduled for next week... off to Mexico!!!
